Jeff Roberts Family
Assistance Fund

Again this season the Jeff Roberts Family Assistance Fund will be helping out families within the CMHA. Jeff Roberts was a dedicated volunteer to CMHA and passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer in May of 2010.

In his memory, we have established this fund that will help families with team fees. Team fees are one area where there is not assistance available to families in need. Team fees can vary from team to team, you can apply for any amount with the maximum allowable per player being $250.00.

Jeff believed in giving back and as a result if you are successful in your application for team fee assistance you will be expected to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours for CMHA in any capacity. This would be in addition to any post you currently hold in the organization.
